Shipping Methods, Rates and Speed

Shipping rates for orders will be displayed at checkout.

All non-rush orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hrs of receipt.

Rush-orders are dispatched within 24 hrs provided they are received by 12:00 PM noon PST.

Upon checkout you have the option to select your preferred shipping method (carrier and speed), such as USPS 1st Class (5-7 business days), USPS Priority Mail (2-days to most US destinations) and DHL International (speed varies based on destination).

All delivery times above are estimates. The exact time-frames are calculated and provided by the carriers. Please keep in mind that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Non-Defective Items (Refunds)

If you are unhappy with any of our products, please let us know.  Our returns policy allows you to return a non-defective (i.e. one in good working order) product with a valid receipt or other proof of purchase. To receive such a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of the date shown on the receipt or proof of purchase. If you return the non-defective product after 14 days, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible to receive a refund for a non-defective product, the product must be returned to us in good working and resalable condition. That means your product must be in the same condition that you received it and returned with any other products purchased with your product.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned product. Thereafter we will process your refund and a credit will be applied to your credit card or other payment method within seven [7] business days of the date of our receipt of the product.

 

Defective Items (Refunds or Exchanges)

If you have purchased a product which is defective or damaged, we will offer you the choice of either exchanging the product for a non-defective product or a refund. If you are returning a defective product, please return the product to us within 14 days of your determining that the product is defective and let us know whether you wish to receive a replacement product or a refund.  If you are requesting a replacement product, please let us know the proper address to ship the replacement product. Without proper mailing and customer information, we will not be able to process your exchange.

 If you are requesting a refund, the refund will be processed in the manner set out above.  Please state, as clearly as possible, the parts of the product which is/are defective.

Make sure you include your return shipping information, your reason for returning, and whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. [If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping shall be deducted from your refund].
